Oh these two, they hold a very special place in my heart– and the day one prompt of comfort is so fitting for their relationship. Over the course of this manga, they have both come so far from where they initially began. From Rin finding that he is able to just be himself around her, to Shiemi being able to find the courage to try new things in his presence– regardless of how things end, there’s no doubt they wouldn’t have gotten as far as they have without the other.
